If Aura becomes part of your week, membership is the simplest way to continue. Enjoy a lower price per class and make your regular sessions part of your routine.

Classes run from Monday 7 September. Every class is 45 minutes, six reformers, all levels welcome.

No. Class packs and single sessions are here so you can practise with us without a monthly commitment. If you later find you are coming every week, a membership works out better value and you can move across at any time.

Once you have your pack, you book each class yourself in your Aura account — choose any class on the timetable, as far ahead as you like.

Absolutely. Many of our clients are completely new to reformer Pilates when they first walk through our doors. With just six reformers in every class, our instructors have the time to guide you, help with your set-up and make sure you feel comfortable from your very first session. If you would rather start somewhere built for it, our Beginners Reformer classes run Tuesday and Thursday at 07:00 and 19:00 — a slower pace, the basics covered properly, and time to ask questions.

No experience needed — just come as you are.

Comfortable activewear you can move in. Everything else is here — you will be shown the reformer and settled in before the class begins.
